At Geetanjali Exports, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.

1. Custom Orders – No Refunds or Returns

  • All customized products (branded bags, t-shirts, caps, etc.) are made specifically to your order requirements and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

  • This includes any products with printed logos, custom embroidery, color-specific requirements, or bulk quantity variations.

2. Standard (Non-Custom) Products

In rare cases where standard, non-branded products are sold:

  • Returns may be accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

We will:

  • Investigate the issue

  • Offer a replacement, or if not possible, a partial/full refund at our discretion

Note: Minor variations in color, size, or print position may occur due to bulk production methods and are not considered defects.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet begun.

  • After customization or manufacturing starts, cancellations are not permitted.

  • In case of advance payment, cancellation refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds (if approved) will be made via the original mode of payment or bank transfer.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
